Doug charges $250.00 for a twenty minute consultation. You may schedule as much time as you want in 20 minutes blocks. Note that Doug is available Saturdays and Sundays by prior arrangement. If you book a session on Saturday or Sunday, after you receive your automatic confirmation, Doug will confirm personally or work with you on setting an alternative date if he is unavailable.
Payment is through PayPal. You will receive an email confirming your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours
Doug will reschedule if you cancel more than 48 hours from your appointment. There are no reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment.
No Refund Policy
Doug will be happy to reschedule you. However, refunds will not be issued. Therefore, don’t book and pay unless you are serious about consulting with Doug. You are making a commitment to yourself and to Doug when you schedule an appointment.
Telephone or Skype
Sessions can be conducted by telephone or Skype (audio or audio and video). Doug’s Skype address is douglasnoll. The Nature of the Appointment
Doug’s strength is in listening and helping you clarify your situation and your choices. Before your appointment, think through and write down your situation, what you have down about it, and what you hope to have happen. Be prepared to take notes during your session.

Although Doug is a licensed California lawyer, he no longer practices law and does not carry professional liability insurance. Please do not ask him for legal advice as he will have to refuse you. You agree that no attorney-client relationship is established in this appointment.
